This beachfront condo is part of a private, gated complex with an underground secure garage and 2 parking spaces, plus an elevator. The Beach Club is located on the beach, with no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It features its own heated shower to rinse off after the beach, a heated pool, and a Jacuzzi hot tub area with plenty of lounge chairs. Barbecue area featuring several gas grills and tables, perfect for enjoying a fresh catch or steak in the spacious garden courtyard. This resort-style courtyard is a lifesaver for your vacation! Although the weather is great in San Diego, if a day/afternoon gets cool/windy, you will be grateful you chose our property!!!

This condo is a second-floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the ocean, park, pier, and picturesque Coronado Islands. Sleeps up to six people. Two bedrooms, two full baths, both with showers and tubs. The master has a king bed, the second room has a queen and twin, the front room has an "L" shape couch and a high-quality queen air bed (Preferred by past guests over a fold-out bed!). You'll relax to the soothing sound of the Pacific Ocean waves and fresh ocean air. Open concept kitchen/living room, all with a view of the beach and Pacific Ocean! Modest private ocean view balcony.

San Diego Native, Husband, Father and Wine Maker at Vino Urbano. My Folks live on the beach here in Imperial Beach. Many of my fond childhood memories are here swimming, body/boogie boarding, surfing, surf-fishing and from the pier, volley ball, walking the beach after high tide looking for treasures, and of course the sun and fresh air. I take pride in my properties and am responsive to any of my guests needs. Because I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. I care about people and want you to have a wonderful beach vacation! It would be my pleasure for you to stay with us! Relax at the beach, heated pool/hot tub, explore and make some great memories!

Why come to this property? It has a great vibe that works for families or adult couples. Great location to Coronado Island, Downtown San Diego, Sea Port Village, The Harbor(walking/cruising), Great Water Park, Famous SD Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town SD, Golf Courses, Sports Fishing/Whale Watching World Class Dinning/Eateries, Urban Wineries and Craft Breweries. Sooo much more!
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this property: View View View! open concept kitchen/living room. Resort style direct beach access private outdoor heated shower to rinse sand salt/sand off. Beautiful large center courtyard in complex for afternoon/evenings after beach. It offers the heated pool & Hot tub area plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ area with several gas grills and tables to enjoy your fresh catch or steak. Weather is usually great but this courtyard "Is Vital Insurance" a great backup in case a day is cool or windy on beach. This alone is a major benefit to staying here that should not be overlooked! It has served my family well over the years when we stay at the property.
