The house was very clean and neat. It had all the amenities we needed. Host even purchased a second gas grill for the three units for ease in which to grill. Great communication as the time approached to visit. Walk to beach, short bike ride to Block Island Ferry. Neighborhood was very quiet and great for relaxing. A great spot in Narragansett!

We had a wonderful weekend vacation! Linda was so communicative! The property was fantastic and the location amazing! We’d be so happy to stay here again!

The information on the VRBO website referred to a "3 bedroom house". In fact, it was a 3 apartment house. The 3 bedroom unit in this house is a finished basement. Since the house is built into the side of a hill, the kitchen and dining area had windows to the outside, but of the 3 bedrooms, two had small windows peeking out just above ground level and the third had no window at all. These bedrooms are damp and stuffy. We left after only one night of a scheduled (and paid for) 5 night stay.

Sorry to hear our place isn’t what you expected. It is important to us as hosts that the photos and description accurately represent our home. It is newly renovated with a brand new central air system as well as dehumidifier to ensure it remains comfortable for our guests. Our prior guests have been very happy as indicated by reviews. We understand sometimes it’s not a fit for everyone and wish you all the best.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property and on our vacation. The house was great! The location was perfect! It was very close to the beach,Block Island Ferry, and stores. Linda was also great. She responded quickly when I had any questions. My family and I look forward to booking with Linda again next summer.
