The space
Leave your worries at the door. From the moment you step into the sun-filled, open living space, you will be on beach time.

• Gather and dine: The beautifully appointed kitchen flows effortlessly into the living area, making it ideal for preparing meals and recounting the day's beach adventures.

• Bonus den and workspace (main level): Also located downstairs is a versatile bonus room featuring a dedicated workspace and a comfortable full-size fold-down Murphy bed, with easy access to the main floor's half bathroom. It is the perfect quiet corner for catching up on remote work or accommodating extra guests.

• Rest and recharge (upper level): Head upstairs to find the home's two full bathrooms and three plush, spacious bedrooms designed for a great night's sleep, keeping the primary sleeping quarters peacefully separated from the main living areas.

Things to know

• Resort amenity fee: To maintain these incredible facilities, the community requires a flat $125 amenity fee for all reservations. This one-time fee covers your entire group, granting you full use of the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and clubhouse. Must be paid in advance; we will send you easy instructions once your booking is secured.

• Parking details: You have access to a private two-car attached garage and a dedicated driveway (maximum of 2 vehicles). To maintain community safety and aesthetics, the HOA strictly prohibits on-street parking.

• House rules: To ensure a pristine environment for all guests, this is strictly a smoke-free and pet-free residence. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests are expected to follow all community guidelines, including strictly enforced quiet hours.
