New Listing 2025! Wake up in the peaceful views of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is situated in the area of Fajardo next to marinas and a few minutes to the beach. It is in the 22nd floor with the best corner views of the building. Enjoy your vacation in a 2 bedroom, King and Queen with TV 1 bath, comfortable kitchen, 3 TVs, and a spacious balcony apartment.
The apartment is located in the 22nd floor of Dos Marinas Fajardo. You will stay in a 2 bedrooms 1, bath apartment that offers a King bed in the Master, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom.
The bathroom has 2 doors and can be accessed from the Master only for privacy, or the hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and stove. (No oven).
We offer a washer and dryer combo inside the unit. The building also has a laundry area at the lobby for a small fee.
There is a sofa and a Smart TV with wifi for streaming your favorite shows and programs.
The apartment has new floors and bathroom has been remodeled, including all windows and bedroom furniture. ***CHECK IN WINDOW TIME BEFORE 11PM***

2)** We cannot give refunds for circumstances beyond our control such as power and water outages for a few hours.
3)*The Property is located in a residential area. We only host families and respectful guests. If you are coming to party, please do not book.

Forget San Juan, Discover Fajardo!

This condo was an absolute value! Everything about our stay was great. The view and the daily breeze from the 22nd floor was amazing! Magda was an exceptional host. She immediately responded to our messages. Our flight was delayed, causing our arrival to be several hours late. As soon as we arrived, we checked in with security,, we were in the condo in minutes. The location of the property offers one of the best views on the island. It has 24hrs security, was relatively quiet and the pool was great. The condo itself is updated, modern and very inviting. There are no less than 10 waterfront restaurants visible from the property. Everyone we met in Fajardo was very polite and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.
