Boom system installed to keep eel grass out of swimming area! Enjoy this large 2 bedroom apartment with dock access. Don’t pull your boat out of the water - if a storm blows in or you just need a nap! 55 inch TV and wifi, full size washer and dryer. Guests enjoy access to water with a pier. (boathouse slips unavailable) Great for fishermen (women) or a family getaway. Gas grill with outdoor seating area. Located midway between Guntersville and Scottsboro, and just 35 minutes to Huntsville.

Beautiful place and great Hosts

We enjoyed being on the water and having a place to keep the boat, so we didn’t have to take in and out of the water. . Rhonda and Mike are wonderful people as well as perfect Hosts. Making sure we had what we needed and if we needed anything else during our stay.

Cozy lakeside

Our son played baseball at Sand Mountain. We were only 20 minutes from the park but was also able to enjoy a little fishing from the boat dock. Super comfy apartment and the owners were absolutely fabulous!

House was very clean. Renters was very nice. Listing appears to be one level on the lake, it is not. It is an apartment up stairs. Listing needs to be updated for accuracy.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Owner was very helpful and property was great for a big family get together. The home is beautiful and has everything you would need. Fished off the pier, swam, and had a great time. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Nice clean quiet place, friendly owners. A lot of privacy. Beautiful views of the lake from the boathouse. Able to peer into a lovely well lit lake area where you can FEED FISH and TURTLES! Can jump in the water and go! Great Wi-Fi and apartment has all the best amenities. Highly recommended.

Very Impressed

Rhonda was a gracious hostess and the photos posted don't do the property justice - it's beautiful! Though the stairs to the loft made it difficult for my husband (who has mobility issues), we were able to work around this and enjoyed our stay there!

Awesome experience!!

We had an amazing weekend with the family. The place was very nice plenty of room and great hosts. The hosts were super helpful and very accommodating. Brought the boat for the weekend and the lake house and dock were an added bonus, didn’t have to shuffle the boat in and out through the visit. For boaters there is a causeway you have to pass under for the main lake with some height restrictions but wasn’t an issue for us at all. We will definitely keep this place on our short list for a future visit!! 5 starts all around.
