If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing get away-you’ve found it! 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home on a large 1 acre lot in desirable Rancho Reata neighborhood. Enjoy the quiet farm like setting along with a pool to cool off in the summer. The back patio is set up for entertaining with a Bbq, plenty of seating and a propane fire pit. The private back yard is fully fenced with a 6 foot fence. Behind the back yard, towards the back of the property, enjoy watching the chickens peck around. Also back in the pasture area there is a larger wood fire pit if you’d rather that feel. You have access to the full property except the large shop in the back and the front bungalow.

In order to achieve that, we have decided to open up our very much loved home to others. We have lived in this home for 17 years and have raised our kids in it, but it’s time to move on to bigger and better things. We are so happy to let others enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

This neighborhood is very sought after. Most properties are on an acre or more. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We have made many memories here. We know you will find it just as enticing.

We are on site hosts, we are ready to answer any questions or fix any problem and will have as little or as much contact with our guests that they want. For the most part you probably won’t see us. We take our guests lead.
