Great Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. All the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious - did not feel cramped at all. The town was adorable with easy access to stores and restaurants in Dillon. We drove to Keystone, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek - vert easy access to I70. Susan was extremely helpful on check in and making sure we were settled in. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice View and easy access

Nice unit with 3 separate sleeping spaces. Needed more and better cooking pots, spatulas .glasses coffee mugs. And no clean sponges or pot holders!

Great condo with an awesome view!

We loved our 4 day stay in this condo. It had plenty of room and a fantastic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Location is very convenient to all local ski areas as well as restaurants, shopping, etc. The unit is well-maintained and updated, with a nice kitchen. The owner Susan was very helpful and responsive. I'm sure it would be great in the summer also, with the location right above the marina. Highly recommended!

Guys ski trip

Good space for a gorup of 4 guys for a week long ski trip. The hot tub was undergoing repairs, otherwise we would've made use of that. Susan made it very easy on us, and got back into quick contact with us even when we were locked out.

Hi James and friends, Update: Club house reopened! Hot tub, pool sauna and all! Enjoy! Thank you for a five star review! The hot Tub in building one and two is under complete remodeled. Accordingly to the report from on site property manager on January The third, 2020, the workers are laying the tiles on the hot tub and the pool. Meanwhile, guests are welcome to use the hot tubs located in building three and four. Thank you for booking with us, next time you come, a new hot tub and pool will be waiting for you. Very nice condo with great views

Susan was very easy to work and communicate with. The condo was very spacious . The living area seemed bigger then most condos. Basically it is a three bedroom condo when you include the loft area. The loft is separate from all other areas and has its own bath. The kitchen and bath areas have been updated and are in very good shape. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking needs. Views of Lake Dillon and the mountains are awesome. The deck catches the morning and afternoon sun. Had lunch there many days in my shirtsleeves in the middle of the winter. Have to love that Colorado sunshine. It is located right on the walking and biking path with a playground about a quarter mile away. Only drawback would be for those who do not handle stairs very well. It is a third story condo without an elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking time to share Your stay. Yes, the view, the warm sunshine in the winter is priceless. And the extra 560 square feet loft Upstair, which is ideal for office. Most condo comes in about 1000 square Feet, this condo has about 1560 .

Beautiful view

We were pleased that the property had everything we needed. Shampoo, plenty of extra linens and paper goods. It was tough going up to the third floor for oxygen starved Floridians! The parking spot is tight for a huge SUV. We enjoyed the location. Close to multiple ski areas. Some great restaurants and shopping. Nice sidewalks for a stroll. Only one TV with cable limits your ability to entertain the whole family.

Lake Dillon

We came for a concert and fell in love with the scenery. The condo has amazing views of the lake and the mountains. Plenty of hiking trails, farmers market and shopping. The condo had everything we needed, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great view and extremely functional place

We had a great time here, easy access to everything. Parking was a little tight but decent and covered and the condo was very functional and roomy. The renter was very communicative (most appreciated) and instructions were easy to follow. The only downside was that the furniture was kind of uncomfortable. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great Location

My family and I were there for 11 days during the Christmas/New Years holiday (2018-2019). This is a great location - close to everything you need in Dillon & Silverthorne, and only about 10 minutes from the slopes at Keystone. We had an oversized 4-door truck which would not fit in the assigned parking space, but the property manager arranged for us to park elsewhere. The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular!

Great condo with an awesome view

We really enjoyed our stay at this large condo in Dillon. It was close to some great restaurants and the ski areas. Plenty of towels was really nice. The kitchen and baths are nicely updated. The kitchen has everything you will need. Climbing 3 levels of steps was a challenge for us coming from MN not being used to the altitude. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Fabulous condo, would highly recommend it!

We just got back from a 10 day stay at Susan's condo in Dillon, Co. The view is awesome, mountains and lake from the porch, the master bedroom, and just steps away to the walking and biking path. Yes, it is true, 4 flights up without an elevator is not easy, but apart from that, the unit itself was beautiful. It is so spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and then a loft upstairs with another bed, desk area, and bathroom. Amazing! And, a real fireplace to enjoy the cooler mornings! In addition, the unit was decorated so beautifully, sparkling clean, and equipped for every need or comfort we would have, kitchen and bathroom supplies, eclectic books to read, etc. We had contact with Susan through our stay, and she immediately responded and answered any questions we might have. And, for me, unlike most people, I am allergic to animals, so although a very pet-friendly area, Susan's apartment is totally pet-free, which allowed me to not have to worry about any allergies or asthma. If we return to Dillon, we will definitely request Susan's apartment. I highly recommend it!.

Great Condo, Phenomenal View!

Everything as advertised and more! After staying for 10 nights at this location, we quickly realized that we would prefer this unit over any other in Summit County. The close proximity to the lake, amphitheater, restaurants, hiking/biking trails, bus stop etc. was perfect for our family of 4. We were going to go to Florida in a couple months but are now talking about coming back. There was so much to do and we felt like we needed more time in the mountains. Susan was a pleasure to work with. Quick responses, honest dealings and everything met and exceeded our expectations. If I were to give any criticism it would be the walk up the stairs. We're from Ohio so going from 600' to 9100' took a few days of getting used to! The 3rd floor view of the lake is very much worth it though! The night sky is so clear that you can see the milky way, in fact, on our last night I saw a shooting star fly right through the middle of it! Truly amazing!

Very Nice!

This condo was very nice. It was advertised as 2 bdr, 3 bath, but there was a small upstairs study with a bed and the third bathroom. The view is fantastic, and the amenities were great. The only downfall for us is because my husband has bad knees....the condo is on the third floor, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs, unfortunately there is not an elevator in this building. If not for the stair issue, I would rent this condo again. Susan, the owner, is very nice and fair, and wonderful to work with!

Spring Skiing

The condo was perfect. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen and an incredible view of Keystone and Breckenridge mountains from the large covered porch. The condo is accessed by 3 flights of stairs, this is really only a bother when you arive and tote your luggage. There was more than enough room in the condo for the 4 of us. The hot tub and spa are very close and all worked well. I would definately recommend this unit to friends and fellow skiers. I want to return in the summer to enjoy what the town and lake offer in the warm months.

Huge Condo

Great space, location, and price for skiing with old friends. Walking distance to food and drink. Owner was extremely helpful (we locked ourselves out the unit the first day). The hot tub/pool was a short walk and very relaxing. Only downside was the 3 flights of stairs following a hard day of skiing, but that was more of an issue with being out of shape than anything. Great for friends, and I would bring my family in the future.

Great Ski Week Feb 14-21

This was a great condo for our trip. Our group of 5 fit right in. The loft was perfect, especially with the 3rd bathroom. This place had all the necessary things that we needed for the weeks stay. Plenty of supplies in the condo so we didn't have to go out and purchase additional basics. The owner was great to work with and was very helpful in completing this trip on short notice.

Awesome Condo in Dillon, Colorado

This is the perfect condo if you are looking for a centrally located, convenient, well maintained property in Dillon. The condo itself is beautiful. It is very spacious, has a gorgeous view of Lake Dillon, has 3 nice bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6. In addition, it is very close to several of the main ski resorts. Dillon and Frisco are both really fun town that offer lots of places to have dinner at the end of a long day of skiing. The condo is also within walking distance of several really nice and fun restaurants (I would highly recommend Pug Ryan's ) if you don't feel like driving. For us, however, the best part of the stay was how gracious and accommodating the owner was. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here next time we come to the Dillon area!

Great Ski Weekend

Really enjoyed this huge and well maintained condo! The bedrooms are large, and the baths are too. All the appliances are modern and worked great. We loved the layout and the marble counter tops! The Summit Stage stop directly in front of the building made it easy to get to Keystone. We had a great time and would love to stay here again in the future! Bob

Great Stay

Four of us had a lovely 5 day stay at this Marina Place condo. Everything we needed for a home base and good night's sleep after spending our days biking, hiking, fishing or touring was there. We walked to good restaurants and some shops and one of us found a great deal on a winter jacket at the thrift shop across the street. Lovely location for stargazing over Lake Dillon.

Exceeded Expectations

Our group had never stayed in Dillon, and the condo worked out perfect. Centrally located to all major Summit County ski areas. Close to groceries, eateries, ski shops and any other shopping we needed. The condo had everything and more to make our stay like home. Much better value than Breck. Older folks may prefer an elevator to the three flights of stairs. The hosts are great and I would not hesitate to come back.

We enjoy the cool summer months in the condo and the numerous activities and amenities Dillon has to offer. Our sons used to enjoy skiing with friends in the winter and spring months. We have many fun memories of holidays and winter breaks spent with friends and family at Lake Dillon and hope that you will create wonderful memories during your stay.

VIEW VIEW VIEW. We looked at many units in the Dillon area and fell in love with this unit because of the stunning view of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountain range. There are great views of the Ten Mile Range and Lake Dillon from the patio, living areas, and master bedroom. This particular Marina Place condo is unique because of the additional loft and 2-story high ceilings in the living and dining areas.
