THE SPACE
Stylish 3BR/2BA condo that sleeps 6, with lots of room for the whole family. Main bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with shower; second bedroom has a queen; third bedroom has a king. Second full bath has a tub and shower. Full kitchen, spacious living area and a gas fireplace for après-ski. Fast wifi, all linens and towels provided, and a shared game room downstairs. Child friendly, with amenities to make you feel right at home.

LOCATION
5-minute walk to Lake Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, Town Park and hiking trails. Pickleball and tennis courts at the park down the street. Summer brings paddleboarding, kayaking, concerts on the water and bike rentals just down the street.

GOOD TO KNOW
One parking spot is included. Street parking is daytime only; paid overnight lots are nearby. Baseboard heat and ceiling fans (no AC).

Very well appointed, clean aesthetic with beautiful views, walking distance to everything. Great coffee bar with accoutrements. Heads up, there is only one parking space, additional cars park in a paid lot down the street. That lot is not available on Thursday, nights during the farmer's market season.

This rental exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, and so comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, and they were quality. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.Communication with Katey was great. She was super responsive and we had all the instructions we needed for the stay. Our entire group raved about what a find Katey's place was. Highly recommend!
