Property is great! The carpet has a few minor stains throughout the house and it was weird that the master bathroom doesn’t have a closet to hang clothes. That seems picky because we thoroughly enjoyed the property and had a great time!

Great place! Pet friendly which was awesome! The cleaning fee is outlandish, but everything else was above average, so it was worth it

Nice stay overall

Our stay was good overall. Quiet area, accessible. However, a lot of the bedding and furniture was stained and/or dirty, hot tub filter was covered in bugs

Cabin was very clean, with a family of 5 the 3 bathrooms and 5 beds were great. Able to see moose and a bear from right off porch. Just a few minor things that could be easily fixed that were kind of a bother: many of the lamps were broken or bulbs out, remote batteries were dead, skillets/pans were horrible (had to go buy one just to cook) and no dishwasher and awkward sink. Trout ponds were close and lots of fun. Would definitely stay again. Communication ith host through process and stay was excellent.

The cabin was great and as advertised. The host was engaged and helped work through an expired credit card issue. The location is perfect for hiking, fishing, or day trips to Breckenridge. Will stay again.

Mens Group getaway

A long time friend is getting married so him and our chuch mens group decided to go white water rafting. This served as a short place to stay for one night. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Great place to stay, secluded and quite. Easy to communicate with owners/property management. Only thing that is worth mentioning is, the grill was unusable with broken knobs, the fire put outside didn't have the proper tool to adjust flame, some of the pans in the kitchen were very old and made it very hard to get cleaned. A little outdated. But overall, we all fit comfortably and had a great time.
