The Dawn Beach Club has very spacious and comfortable units with good amenities. The maintenance staff and JW Marriott poolside staff are both very helpful and kind.

What makes this property unique

We bought this appartment more than 10 years ago when we went for holidays to St. Marteen. We never thought to buy such a property but we fell in love with the place! So here, we are. This year, we can not go, so we are renting our precious week. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
