Beautiful house with lovely historic details and comfortable accommodations. Conveniently located to downtown Wilmington and in a cute quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to coffee/tea in the morning, then spending a day downtown. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful home perfectly placed within walking distance of historical downtown. Parking right in front of the house was extremely convenient. The home is cozy and welcoming. The renter was very prompt and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington.
