Perfect location on the canal and a quick walk to the beach. The house was well stocked for our crew with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Appliances were great! Our group thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home!

House was beautiful- things to note - master bedroom bathroom doesn’t have a door. The queen double bed room doesn’t have a bathroom. Would have loved outdoor eating furniture. The dock is an awesome addition- although we were not successful in the fishing department. The host was very responsive to our needs and was accommodating.

House is amazing!! I specifically chose this one due to having an elevator for my elderly mom and aunt. No fault of the host but my mom and I got stuck on the elevator for about 45 min in between floors and the FD had to come help us get out. very eventful!!!! The elevator is tricky and not sure I totally trusted it from then on but host did send company out to fix it which they did. Also not sure if matters to others but it did to us I would definitely put a door on master bathroom so the one bedroom across that doesn’t have bathroom could share! i rate excellent on house, location, towels and linens provided and you have plenty of beach chairs!! we had 12 adults, one child and one baby in our group! also shout out for to host Rowan- she has helped me from beginning to end!!!!

Received my important directions about check in at 11:30 pm after asking several questions. The pool is much smaller than expected and the master bedroom does not have a door between it and the bathroom. The trash cans outside were full upon arrival. We still had a very nice time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you still had a very nice time overall. We did want to clarify that check-in instructions were sent via email twice prior to your arrival (on June 29th and again on July 24th) and your door code was sent 24 hours in advance of check-in. We were also happy to accommodate a two-hour early check-in for you. When a last-minute adjustment is made to the original check-in time, the system can occasionally have trouble updating properly, and we’re truly sorry for that technology issue and any frustration it caused. Regarding the pool, we do believe the listing photos accurately reflect its size, but we understand expectations can differ and we’re sorry it was not what you were hoping for. We also appreciate you bringing the trash cans to our attention and will be looking into what happened so this does not occur again. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

The house was perfect for our 12 adults and 1 toddler. The walk to the beach access was not too far; we rented a golf cart to help with the toddler and brought a beach cart to carry chairs and other beach items. The kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary for preparing all meals. There is also a high chair. We also brought a baby gate for the stairs. The only "issue" we had was there is no door on the master bedroom bathroom. This would not stop us from renting the house again but it might be a deterrent for some. Being on the canal with a great dock, my son was able to bring his boat, which we enjoyed throughout the week.
