Situated in the vibrant heart of Little Five Points, this private guest suite offers its own entrance and dedicated parking. Just minutes from the Beltline, top concert venues, and a variety of restaurants, it’s the perfect base for exploring one of Atlanta’s most eclectic neighborhoods.

The space: The guest suite is an efficiency with a small kitchenette and it's own private bathroom. It's perfect for a work traveler, concert go-er or couple who wants to be in a prime Atlanta location for a weekend getaway. It is the basement level of a craftsman house with off-street parking. Next door we have a hot tub and laundry.

Guest access: A guest suite situated in the basement of the main house. There is a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, outdoor seating under the main porch and parking. Guests can self check in.

Neighborhood: We are in Candler Park neighborhood, but moments away from the heart of Little Five Points commercial district. Live music on weekends is common and you can listen to it on the front or back porches. Within minutes of our house, we have two record stores, several great music venues, such as the Variety, the best beer bar in the country, a natural foods store, theaters, several coffee shops, way too many vape and tattoo shops and lots of great food options. There are great walking and biking trails nearby, parks, yoga studios, spas and a farmers market at freedom parkway on Saturdays.

Great Studio Near L5P

Super convenient and superior hosts. Dawn and Christian were very responsive and super helpful about any requests. The studio is perfect for convenience for those looking to get around the downtown ATL. Other than for commuting to my worksite, i walked everywhere i needed to go (beltline, restaurants, shopping). It is also well appointed kitchen if looking to make in house meals rather than going out. It's always nice to have some kitchen amenities like spices, oils, in addtion to utensils and cookware.

This place was absolutely fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated near cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores, making everything incredibly convenient. Having easy parking in the neighborhood was a huge bonus and made the stay even more stress-free.The host was outstanding—very communicative and thoughtful, even though everything was so well set up and intuitive that we didn’t need to reach out for anything.The home itself is charming, peaceful, and full of character. We were even greeted by a rabbit and the soothing sound of birds singing, which made the experience feel truly special and relaxing.The space has been beautifully renovated—the bathroom and kitchen are brand new, spotless, and everything worked perfectly. It had absolutely everything we needed and more.I would 100% stay here again the next time I’m in Atlanta!
