This beautifully renovated 5100 square foot residence features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, situated just one block away from restaurant/bars and beach access. Embrace the coastal vibes and the prime location of our vacation rental at downtown IOP. Our home boasts an inverted floor plan, with an open kitchen, dining room, and family room on the top level. You can unwind and take in the scenic views from the wrap-around porches on the 2nd and 3rd levels, with glimpses of the ocean. For your comfort and convenience, we offer an inground gated pool (which can be heated), as well as a level and spacious backyard. Additionally, our home is equipped with an elevator and Wi-Fi connectivity.

We take pride in providing accessibility for all our guests, and thus, one of our rooms features an attached bath with wheelchair accessibility. This room includes 36-inch wide doors and a barrier-free shower entry, ensuring a comfortable stay for anyone who may need it.

Convenience is key during your stay with us, as we are just one block away from the town's attractions, including restaurants, shops, and easy beach access. The ground floor offers a secondary family room/game room equipped with a kitchenette, full refrigerator (with icemaker), pool table and shuffleboard table.

Moving up to the second level, you'll find four bedrooms and a laundry room. Among them is a spacious primary suite (K) with an en suite bathroom and access to the wrap-around back porch. Another bedroom (K) is also en suite and designed to be handicap accessible. The remaining two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bath, with one having a king bed and the other a queen bed.

On the third level, you'll be welcomed by a sunlit main living area with large windows that offer breathtaking views. This space is perfect for family gatherings, with a spacious and open kitchen featuring stainless appliances, including a double oven, Wolf cooktop and 42-inch Subzero refrigerator. For added convenience, we have a separate wine refrigerator and a small beverage refrigerator. The living area features ample table space for everyone to enjoy meals together, while a 65-inch TV is available for your entertainment needs. Two bedrooms are also located on this level—one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, attached to a full bath with a shower. This bath is also accessible from the hall. Both bedrooms offer access to the 3rd level front porch.

Isle of Palms is a picturesque barrier island near Charleston, offering the tranquility of a beach town while being just a 20-minute drive away from the vibrant attractions of downtown Charleston. In addition to the beautiful beaches, IOP features a marina where you can dine or charter a boat. The island also boasts an impressive recreational center with playgrounds, tennis courts, sport fields, and basketball courts.

Please note that to rent this house, guests must be 30 years of age or older. For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we have a strict no smoking and no pets policy. Additionally, no hosted events of any kind are permitted. The maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12. We kindly request that you respect the noise ordinance enforced by the Isle of Palms Police, as violations could result in fines and/or eviction.
