Well located new semi detached villa

We had a lovely 4 day stay in this modern well equipped villa.It was ideally located for touring this area of the lovely Costa Brava.Just a couple of Kms from L'Estartit beach & harbour with its bars & amenities & a couple of Kms from Torella de Montgri, for your all daily needs.There was also a supermarket close at hand.The owners were very welcoming & extremely efficient in directing us to the villa as well as being very knowlegeable of the area.They made us very welcome.We would recommend this villa & the region to friends & plan to return soon.

Een comfortabel huis met goede voorzieningen in een rustige wijk. Een heerlijk zwembad om de hoek, en op korte rijafstand van badplaats l’Estartit en Toroella de Montgri. Contact met de verhuurder ging soepel, dus alles voor een ontspannende week.

A real holiday in a lovely area

My husband was a bit sceptic at first about the area when we first arrived. But after entering the house he became very enthousiastic. We all (me, husband en or 2 little girls) loved the house and it turnes out the area wasn't so bad after all😉. The owners were very warm, welcoming and helpfull. We would definitly recommend this place! Thank you so much for these past 5 days😄

Tolle Ferien, super Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer netten und ruhigen Gegend ca. 5 minuten vom Strand entfernt (Auto). Der Zustand ist sehr gepflegt und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Im Haus sind alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wegen des abschliessbaren Gartens besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à l'Estartit pendant les vacances de Pâques. La maison correspond en tous points à la description faite sur le site : confort, propreté, aménagement, équipement électroménager. Un atout majeur: l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, sa disponibilité, ses conseils très éclairés sur les balades et visites à faire dans les environs. Une excellente adresse de vacances.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Ein schöne Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht. Die Enrichtung entspricht den Angaben, sehr angenehm empfanden wir, dass die wichtigsten Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs vorhanden waren und nicht extra eingekauft werden mußten. Das Haus hat einen gehobene Ausstattung, Der Pool, der zu der Anlage gehört ist so groß, dass man gut ein paar Bahnen ziehen kann. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank mit Wasser, einer Flasche Wein und Äpfeln gefüllt. Der Vermieter hat uns noch einige Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben, z.B. einen Kajaktour auf dem Ter, die wir noch nicht kannten und direkt ausprobiert haben. Einige Wanderungen oder Radtouren kann man direkt vor Ort starten, für weitere Ausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Strand und Ortskern von Estartit ist ca. 3 km entfernt. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Härligt hus i lugnt område!

Vi tillbringade 10 dagar i huset. Mycket fint hus med allt man behöver för att ha det bekvämt. Vi var 6 personer i huset under några dagar och det fungerade alldeles utmärkt. Området är lugnt och trevligt och poolen på området uppskattades mycket av yngste sonen. Det finns många fina ställen att besöka i närheten och vi hittade några riktigt härliga stränder. För den som är kulturellt intresserad finns det stort utbud. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Lovely house for families

Our family, with a 1.5 year old infant, spent a week in early June in L'Estartit villa and it was lovely. The house is lovely, very clean and new, everything working properly. The surrounding area is just great for exploration, beautiful little towns, nice beaches. Also all amenities you could need are just in few minutes drive. During the weekday it was very private and quite, and on the weekend we got a little taste of warm local families resting by our side. Owners are just wonderful :) Thank you.

schönes Haus, ruhige Gegend

Wir waren 5 Tage mit 4 Personen in dem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus hat eine voll eingerichtete Küche für 6 Personen, alles war in gutem Zustand und die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und angenehm. Ausserdem gibt es einen Grill sowie einen Gemeinschaftspool mit Becken für Erwachsene und Kinder. Die zwei Bäder haben den morgendlichen Stau verhindert. Die Gegend ist ruhig, entfernt von dem touristischen L'Estartit und der Strand ist auch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es einen grossen Supermarkt. Wir empfehlen das Haus und die Gegend für alle, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub suchen, gut für Familien. Auch die Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich, sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und schliessen es nicht aus, bald wiederzukommen.

Hemos estado esta semana santa en esta casa y nos ha parecido fantastica,no falta un detalle,y los propietarios gente encantadora. Muy cerca de unos pueblecitos preciosos y unas playas de ensueño.
