The home's cedar shingle exteriors, gracious porches, and a soaring tower, is complemented by a unique floor plan featuring large living spaces. The residence offers over 6,000 heated square feet and over 1,700 square feet of porches and decks.
As you enter through the arched entryway, you are drawn to the expansive front porch connecting the main house to the guest quarters. The main living areas are graced with rich hardwood flooring and 10' ceilings.
A spacious formal dining room features coffered ceilings and access to one of the 5 screened porches. The gourmet kitchen with a five-burner cooktop, a large island, a SubZero® refrigerator, ample granite countertop space, and custom cabinetry is adjacent to the generous family room featuring two separate seating areas for watching the large TV or taking in the spectacular views.
These indoor gathering spaces flow seamlessly into each other and onto a magnificent screened porch that runs the length of the main home. This area features a serving bar to complement the outdoor gas grill and adjacent outdoor dining area. Two separate large seating areas, one featuring an outdoor television, provide additional screened outdoor gathering space. A cocktail pool with bench seating and marsh view completes the space, allowing for bathers to enjoy a dip without disruption from pesky insects.
