This delightful condo has a unique set-up as it offers two separate living spaces adjoined by a lockable door! Both units boast stunning lake front views, fully stocked full bathrooms and heat/AC & WI-FI. Unit 136 comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen bed, twin/double bunk bed, and a twin size futon. Enjoy the unit’s TV, dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and closet to store your personal items. Unit 135 is a darling efficiency style condo complete with a fully stocked kitchen, oven, stove, and refrigerator/freezer. The bright and cheerful living area comes complete with a twin sized futon and a queen bed with luxury linens. We also have a cot available if needed. Enjoy the breeze and sparkling lake views from the private, covered patio that spans across both units. The patio is accessible by both units and includes outdoor dining, two adirondack chairs, and a zero gravity lounger to relax and enjoy your favorite beverage (some items will be stored seasonally)! You will feel relaxed and right at home as you take in the sky high vaulted ceiling, modern conveniences and ‘up north’ style decor. Additionally, you will have access to resort amenities including and indoor sauna, hot tub, theater room, game room, on-site free laundry and much more!

We are thrilled to announce that we now have two kayaks that you may use (seasonally.) Hill City is the perfect place to explore! Fishing enthusiasts and thrill seekers of water recreation will not be disappointed by Hill Lake’s grand 794 acres to explore! The condo includes its own boat slip on the property’s private doc so bring your water toys and enjoy! The boat launch is a quick 5 minute drive from the property. Trailer parking is available in designated areas. Golf shores has its own sandy beach, volleyball court, and huge fire pit for all to enjoy! A word of caution: summertime produces weeds in the swimming area but Hill City has a public beach and swimming area on Hill Lake. If you prefer land activities, don’t hesitate to bring your land toys so you can explore the 100s of miles of near-by hiking, ATV, snowmobile & cross country ski trails. If you love golf, Quadna Hills Golf course is an affordable 9-hole course that is adjacent to the property (seasonal). Since we are open year around, ice fishing and hunters are welcome and will enjoy warming up after a long day in the hot tub or sauna.
