Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please respect the neighbors at all times, especially at night. This is not a party home, this is a home for family to enjoy the outdoor activities.
Only park In front of house and backyard parking, do not park in front of neighbors driveways. No extra guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No extra guests unless approved. No partying. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. Please check for personal items before leaving.
Keep shower drains covers on so water bugs do not enter the home. Don't be alarmed, it's normal for them to try enter the home.
Please make sure all lights/fans are off before departing, turn off AC as well. All doors are locked.
