You can have the beach experience 15 minutes from your vacation home. The most beautiful beaches in Florida are just minutes away. This spacious house has everything you need for a relaxing and magnificent beach vacation.
You will have access to one bedroom with its closet, ceiling fans, spacious windows, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a living room with a 55-inch Smart TV.
The bedroom has a 40-foot Smart TV with Xbox/Kinect. There is also a large laundry room with a washer, dryer, and storage area, and one full bathroom with soap essentials.
Guests have access to one of the four bedrooms, all common spaces, and parking for one car. Electronic keypad entry allows for easy self-check-in.
No additional or unregistered guests (including kids) will be allowed without prior authorization. Violating this rule may result in the reservation's cancellation and/or extra fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Please do the dirty dishes before you leave, no need to put away.
If any items are left behind and need to be shipped back, a $20 flat fee plus the cost of the mail service will be incurred.
Grill should be cleared of any leftover food and propane tank shut off.
