Round Pond Maine - Charming apartment for 4 with AC, WiFi and ocean view.

This private apartment located in Round Pond, an idyllic mid-coast fishing village, is a perfect place to unwind. Located within walking distance to Round Pond Village. The village includes a working harbor with dockside lobster shack, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shop, antique shop and a general store.

The spacious apartment is on the second floor of a newly constructed home on a dead-end road. After ascending the stairs from the private entrance, you enter an open kitchen, dining and living area with sleeper sofa. The glass sliding doors that open onto a private terrace with seating offers a beautiful sunrise view of the ocean. The operable skylights provide natural light and ventilation.

The bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer are off the kitchen. Located down the hall is a sitting area complete with a TV, puzzles and games for our guests to enjoy.

The bedroom has a queen bed and ample dresser and closet space. Extra linens, blankets, towels and beach towels are provided.

Don't forget to bring your walking shoes as there is lots to explore within a short distance of Round Pond - hiking trails, Damariscotta, Pemaquid Peninsula and Boothbay Harbor and Botanical Gardens to name a few.

The apartment is not child proofed; therefore, this rental is not ideal for small children.
For stays over 2 weeks an additional fee of $125 will be charged for cleaning every 2 weeks. Timing to be agreed upon arrival.

Construction on the house was finished in 2024, and we are now working on the interior decor and landscaping; it's a labor of love. The apartment was finished first, so we lived in it while we were building and it is still one of my favorite places to get away!
