Contemporary Cottage With Spectacular Ocean Views And Access

This unique cottage is a contemporary Acorn design dome house on a dead end private road overlooking Round Pond harbor and islands beyond. The house has two bedrooms, two baths, and a private den with a twin sofa bed. The design of the house is an open concept with lots of sunlight and a spectacular wrapping deck. The house is fully equipped a complete kitchen, bed linens, towels, washer and dryer, fast WiFi and a smart TV. There is a town dock in Round Pond where guests can swim and access boating. Nearby islands offer great kayaking adventures and beach access.

Pi's Landing is family home, managed by family members of a long-time area family. Our cottage was originally built as a family access point to an island out on Muscongus bay. Throughout the summer, family members will come and go from the dock located down below the house.
