Welcome to the Homosassa Hideaway, in the heart of Homosassa Springs! This spacious 4 bedroom, 2-bath house is just minutes from US Route 19 & 98, the Suncoast Keys, Crystal River, state forest, wild life attractions, waterfront restaurants and 45 minutes from Tampa. You'll have the entire place to yourself, making it the perfect spot to relax. Whether you're here for the local attractions or a comfortable retreat, this home has everything you need for a great stay! We do have available space for boat parking and also have connections/hook up for RV’s & campers (at an additional cost and in advanced scheduling necessary). During periods of rainfall, there is some localized pooling of water in certain areas of the yard; however, this does not impede access to or from the home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Turn off lights
*Remove trash and place it in the designated bins outside.
*Trash day is on Wednesday! If you are here during this time please roll trash bins to the street by mailbox in the morning.
*Clean surfaces (kitchen counters/tables, bathroom sinks).
*Take personal belongings from refrigerator/cabinets.
*Place dishes in dishwasher and start.
*Put towels in basket in laundry room.
*Please don't strip the beds.
*Ensure you haven’t left anything behind.
*Turn thermostat to 80.
*Place keys back in lock box.
*If there were any problems/damages please let us know so we can fix them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
