This is a perfect cabin layout for 3 couples - a king-size bedroom plus full bath on each floor. Each level has a balcony, so even the downstairs/basement floor has a beautiful view. Lots of seating on each outdoor area. Great view of Bluff Mountain and doesn't require driving up a mountain on steep, twisty roads like some cabin rentals.

This house is nice overall - on the plus side, the porch is great (we fought over the swings!) and we had a nice view without having to travel miles up steep hills to get to the house. There is a steep turn into the driveway, fyi, but the road to the house is paved. Also good was having three king beds with separate bathrooms and a lot of entertainment choices in the house.On the could be better side, or fyi, the house is smaller than the photos look and sound carries easily, making it difficult to manage different sleep schedules. It had some easily corrected issues- it didn’t look like it had been deep cleaned in a long time, there were only 6 coffee mugs total so we had to keep rewashing them, there is an air conditioning unit for the upstairs but the thermostat is behind a tv and inaccessible. The tv in the basement bedroom didn’t work. Seemed like it could be a really nice house in a really nice location with just a little attention paid to maintenance and cleaning.The local management company was delightful to work with- emails were clear and they were super friendly on the phone.
