Whether you want to cool off and take a dip in the ocean, go for a walk on the white sandy beach, grab a bite to eat at a great local restaurant, head out for some shopping, or even see a movie, this home is close to it all!

The house offers a private pool with ample lounging area, pool bar, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, dining room and oversized walk around balconies! All bedrooms are equipped with soft beds, and luxurious bed linens and bath towels.

Every stay at 113 E. Mars Landing includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Security Cameras Disclosure: Please note that this property has an exterior security camera installed. There is a doorbell camera and a camera overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

Good house for family vacation

We had several problems during our stay: no internet, water leak on the first floor, kitchen light electrical short, and a leak in the outside pool pump. However, management was responsive and worked hard to try and fix these problems. The house was roomy and perfect for us in all other respects.

Great stay at SPI

We had a great stay at this SPI house using SPI Rentals. The location was great, and the house was perfect for us. A minor issue was resolved quickly with responsive service from SPI Rentals. I'd recommend SPI Rentals and this location.

My friends and our fur babies had a great time at this house. The inside was very clean and well maintained. Very kid and/or small dog friendly, as there were many baby gates provided with all the stairs. Would rent again.

Beach Comfort!!!

Place was excellent stay for a large family. Upon arrival everything was clean and check in was a breeze. Short walk to beach access. Great amenities in the building which make the stay a breeze. Fully equipped functional kitchen makes cooking meals for the family memorable. Would recommend the stay to anyone with large family in need of spacious comfort.

Excellent Property

Lovely home with comfortable beds and lots of space. Upstairs with beautiful light and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs perfect for the kids with separate living space and direct access to the pool! Cannot wait to return!

Very Nice Condo

It was a great vacation. We have used several different condo's in the SPI Rental system and this one, at 113 Mars, is the best one yet. We really liked it - clean, spacious, well stocked, several big screen TVs. Just all around, everything was done well. All appliances worked well and with a nice sized pool for relaxing. We hope to get this condo again next year ! A+

Relaxing ambiance

We stayed here for 3 nights and all we can say is, very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Very close to beach access and safe place. There are some issues in the backyard and back patio , needs cleaning, but overall, I recommend this is one of our best place to stay. We called some issues to fixed and the guy came so fast , he was very polite. Surely we will be back.

Perfect for four adults

This was the perfect location for a reunion of four adult women post graduate school (20 years out). Early May offers great Spring weather when the cactus is in bloom, after the college Spring breaks and before the graduation parties and families arrive. Highly recommended. It was close to all the restaurants - either a bike ride or short walk away to many. The accommodations were better than expected.

Great Stay!

House was as depicted - nicely furnished and had lots of light and great location to beach and restaurants! SPI Rentals provided excellent service! Shout out to Joe in Maintenance on taking my requests for a clean pool, more towels, blankets and patio chairs for our group of 7 upon our arrival as those items were limited. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable! Only a few picky things to note with house- we are foodies and cooked a lot and kitchen supplies lacking in some areas like big toaster for 4, measuring cups/spoons and plasticware to store food were minimal but we made do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would do again!

The big reason we picked this place was because of a pool.There was very little water pressure from a very noisy pump.The water did not seem clear and actually safe.

SPI rental company is leas than adequate

Currently in the process of resolving issues with SPI rental’s regarding our stay. I will give them two more days to respond before I contact my credit card provider to begin a charge dispute.

Had to evacuate first floor in middle of night due to heavy rainfall. My daughter's laptop and books got wet. Still no contact from management. Terrible experience.

Great location for access to all the restaurants, beach and other activities. Most within walking distance. Beautiful home. Perfectly designed for two family occupancy with privacy for all. Tastefully decorated and a private pool in the backyard along with a gas BBQ grill. Kitchen was stocked with a hodge podge of pots, pans and other cooking utensils. Most were really worn and stained. This made fixing meals at the house difficult. Beds were comfortable but linens left a lot to be desired. Biggest complaint was the lack of a pool vacuum. Pool was crystal clear when we arrived but with 8 people using it and high winds for days, it desperately needed vacuuming after 3 days. That never happened even after a couple of requests.

Great Family Stay

Overall this is a great property! Liked the layout, as bedrooms are evenly split between each floor. We travelled with my family of three, parents, niece, & two dogs. There was enough room for us to gather together & still have our own space if needed. The backyard is a great size & pool was great as well. The morning we checked out, they turned off the Internet. I honestly don’t recall reading that Internet would be shutoff on the last day—but maybe it’s somewhere in fine print. Either way, when we called & texted to see if it could be put on.. no one responded to us. We only wanted to get onto the roku tv to log ourselves out of our streaming accounts. Other than that, communication with the management company was in a timely manner. But what a coincidence I didn’t get a reply from them once were scheduled to leave.
