We had a wonderful stay. The view was spectacular. It felt secluded, nice and quiet, but the home is actually close to everything you could need. Plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Very comfortable and charming. We would definitely choose this home for another stay in Calvert County.

The lake house was perfect for our family reunion (six adults). We had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house, with beautiful sunset lake views to enjoy while dining. The location was great for quick access to attractions such as Flag Ponds Park, Cove Point Lighthouse, Solomons Island, etc. All of the bedrooms were comfortable (with plenty of extra beds for parties larger than six.) We really appreciated the unique setting and well-stocked kitchen. We all had a great time!

Great place to stay. Snuggled into trees with a fairly secluded porch and patio overlooking the water. Lots of birds including osprey and great blue heron and many song birds. Retro look inside. Excellent access to Solomon’s and Leonardtown. Friendly but unobtrusive hosts

A wonderful property in a fabulous location. We were a group of 7 woman attending a retreat down the street so we used the house only to spend the night in, and for a cup of coffee and brief sit on the porch time, in the morning. The coffee was much appreciated and most of the beds were comfortable. I think that for most people staying here there would be children in some of the beds (who don't care about bed hardness), the 2 smaller ones in the upper loft being quite hard so that solutions to this were looked for each night, and we figured out ways around this as time went by. It is difficult to find a house that doesn't have bunk beds for our unique situation, so this seemed like a great option. Other than that the house was awesome. Quiet location, not near the main road. A beautiful place at a great price. Thank you very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From beginning to end, from check-in to check out, the property owner made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and that we had access to all available amenities. When we had some internet problems, efforts were taken to have it immediately addressed and within 24 hours the issues were resolved. We had everything we needed to feel at home; multiple televisions; private and open areas, toiletries and linens, plenty of seating and dining space, and a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you'll every need to make yourself at home! The access to thrle lake was wonderful and we enjoyed use of the canoe, row boat and the various floatation devices. The views were beautiful too! Our family's ages ranged from early teen to the "seasoned" adult. It was such a wonderful vacation and there was something for all of us to enjoy!

We had the perfect long weekend at this house! The rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend! The setting is just gorgeous, and the fire pit, potch, and dock were all lovely. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. Can't wait to stay here again!
