This home was amazing for our family vacation! Large home with lots of room and enough for at least 4 other people besides our family. We really enjoyed the large patio with pool and spa and the amenities at the cub house were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available when I’m in the area.

The villa met our needs, we had a comfortable stay, would be a great idea to advertise the property and resort properly then let the consumer decide, the resort pools and lazy river as advertised in the villa/ resort photos closed September for major refurbishment, when Disney close a ride/ park they let the consumer know, shame VRBO and Solterra/Grand Welcome didn’t advertise likewise, pools , club rooms, lazy river was a major reason why we chose the villa, when we complained fell on deaf ears, inconsiderate of our complaint.

The host didn’t send the pin to the house on time. His response rate was slow and we were struggling with network issues throughout the stay.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and refrigerator keep all my drinks warm and toilet didn’t clean pro

Air conditioning wasn’t working,refrigerators wasn’t cooling properly ,toilet didn’t clean properly,no toilet paper in non of the restrooms ,they need to do better otherwise it is a beautiful place
