Very clean and nice touches. The kitchen is very well equipped and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay.Beautiful views and a 15 minute walk to town. But also good restaurants and bars right across the parking lot.I would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The roof top deck is very nice with wonderful MTN views and got to watch fireworks on July 4th. Great fixtures and kitchen. You will be a block form the river and miles of trails to hike, run or ride.

Great rental! Stephen was excellent and responsive with any questions I had. Snow was shoveled the day after about a foot came down. Salt was also poured down to help melt any ice/snow which we were really grateful for and appreciative! The apartment was super clean, had really cool and unique features, with plenty room for my girlfriend and I. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional property! The rooftop patio has an incredible view of Mt. Princeton that will have you up for coffee at sunrise. The well-appointed kitchen will be there when you’re ready to make a killer breakfast, or go over to Joyful for a superb espresso. The Surf hotel and Eddyline brewpub are only a few minutes walk, and a walk up and down the creek will make your day. Even the bathroom was a delight. This is an absolute GEM!!!
