With close proximity to the wonderful shops, restaurants and watering holes (such as the world-famous Tiki Hut, Sand Bar, and Pool Bar Jim’s at SeaCrest), in the Coligny Plaza area, this is where you want to be to get the most out of your Hilton Head Island vacation. Leave your car in the driveway and walk or bike ride to everything, including the beautiful beach. And our South Forest Beach location provides easy walk or bike-ride access to the beauty and elegance of Sea Pines and its featured attractions such as Harbourtown, South Beach, and Sea Pines Beach Club.

Now on to the beautiful home... Cassina Palms is direct oceanfront featuring 5 bedrooms plus an additional large bedroom/loft sleeping area (that sleeps six), along with 5 bathrooms with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for large multi-generational families or a gathering of friends, you will love the spacious, quiet and uncrowded beach directly in front of the house, the large, heated pool (extra heat charges apply), with generous patio that includes 8 chaise lounge chairs, large dining table, propane grill, and shaded seating area for 8. You will also enjoy the spectacular views from the three ocean-facing balconies with comfy seating.

Enter Cassina Palms on the ground floor and you will find 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and patio access, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. This level also includes the game room with ping pong table. Walk right out the back door to your private pool and large patio area.

The 2nd (main) floor features a large gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, dining area and two separate living rooms as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom facing the ocean is outfitted with queen bedding and has a sliding glass door view of the ocean and private en-suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen beds and share a full bathroom with oversized shower. The wall of windows facing the ocean in the living and dining areas will take your breath away! Three sliding glass doors provide easy access to the balcony where you can enjoy your favorite libation while soaking up the ample sunshine and beautiful ocean views.

Bringing the kids? The third level provides a perfect kid get-away and sleeping area featuring two full beds with twin trundle beds tucked underneath, a separate sitting area with large screen TV and queen sleeper sofa, private ocean-facing deck with outdoor seating. This level also includes a DELUXE master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closets, private balcony, and an over-the-top luxurious en-suite bath. All bedrooms include wifi-connected TV's with FUBOTV providing all your favorite channels.

You will also enjoy the deck located in close proximity to the ocean featuring an oversized, covered daybed for soaking up the ocean breeze.

Also, our pet-friendly home has an important feature that you will not find anywhere else on Hilton Head. The entire perimeter is wrought-iron fenced with two swinging gates at each driveway entrance. Let your dogs outside with no fear that they may wander off. (note- smaller dogs may be able to go underneath the fence in a couple areas).

HILTON HEAD BEACHES ARE VERY DOG-FRIENDLY.
BEACH PET POLICY:
• Are not permitted – Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. This means that dogs ARE allowed before 10:00AM and after 5:00PM.
• Must be on a leash: Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 1 through Thursday before Memorial Day.
• Must be on a leash: Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday after Labor Day through September 30.
• Must be on leash OR UNDER POSITIVE VOICE CONTROL at all other times. This means that well-behaved dogs are able to roam the beach leash-free at all times after September 30th and before April 1.
• Persons in control of animals on the beach are required to remove and properly dispose of the animal’s droppings.

WEDDINGS/EVENTS: Our home offers a spectacular setting for a small wedding. We do allow weddings for up to 75 guests subject to a non-negotiable fee of $1750.00 and a minimum stay as per our minimum stay guidelines for the dates where the wedding falls. Wedding event should fall at least two days prior to departure (ex: no Friday weddings if Saturday departure). Tents, tables, lights and outside catering permitted.

Please note: from May 1 - September 30 we rent from Saturday - Saturday only with a one week minimum stay.
