Beautiful two bed, two bath condo in Black Rock Ridge. Easy access to hiking and biking trails. A 5-minute walk to Black Rock Ridge Resort Restaurant Bar, pool and hottub (fees apply). Ten min drive to new Deer Valley East parking garage (you won't deal with traffic), 5 mins to Lake Jordanelle, 10 mins to PC Ski Resort, 15 minutes to PC Canyons Resort. Four minute drive to connect on Park City's free bus system. Private garage to keep all your ski gear and bikes safe. Dog and kid friendly. Very Spacious and open condo with two big bedrooms and two nice sized bathrooms. There is a deck to enjoy the outdoors with a grill.
