Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean and convenient condo for our short ski trip. Loved the quiet location. The mountain mover was such an easy way to be dropped off at the lifts, less than a 10 minute wait. We appreciated the immaculate upkeep of the condo! We really enjoyed our recent stay. Right between the water and the mountains, the scenery was beautiful, and the condo was perfect for our family. Easy in and out with the info that was sent ahead of time, and a few text messages throughout the week to make sure things were going well. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

The unit was immaculate and beautifully designed! All of the furniture including the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the easy access especially with two elderly guests. The handicap parking spot was right next to the elevator and everything about the unit was easy to access for them! We have been doing Park City area summer weekends for several years, and this is by far our favorite rental!

This place was perfect for my family of four, including two teenagers. The description and pictures were spot on and the condo was new and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the garage and elevator doors weren't functioning, but didn't impact our stay too much. The community hot tub was right across the street and we were pleased that the hot tub was outside instead of an indoors. They had basketball, pickleball courts (which were all in use since it was so warm for our ski trip!) and and indoor game room as well (pool, ping pong, etc.). It was two minutes from the Deer Valley East Village free parking with a shuttle to the gondola for skiing. Even though there wasn't much snow, we were able to ski all the way down at the end of the day. On our last day, we hiked around the Jordanelle Reservoir which was beautiful with great hiking trails. We would have loved to try mountain biking or fishing it if we had more time! We also took advantage of the free ski rental instead of lugging my son's skis and the process was easy and fast! Tip - if you get a drink/apps at the hotel that the ski rental place is located in, they will comp the garage parking (50/day!) We would definitely stay here again!

This condo did not disappoint!

This Park City condo was a fantastic find for our family and one of the easiest “five-star” reviews to write. It was spotless, comfortable & felt genuinely high-end without being fussy. The place was really well set up: toiletry kits, a properly stocked kitchen, plenty of charging stations, lots of fresh towels and even board games that kept everyone happy in the evenings. The deck with a BBQ and fire pit was a huge bonus, and having an extra propane tank ready to go was the kind of thoughtful detail you don’t see often. The location was perfect too - we were close to everything, with a great hot tub and super clean common areas in the building. Their clubhouse is awesome with pool, ping pong, shuffleboard table and lots of couches for hanging out. Just down the road there’s an awesome old-timey bowling alley and Chubby’s, a great local burger spot, both amazingly affordable for any city, let alone a ski town. We’re really grateful we got to stay here and have already booked our stay for next season. Highly recommend!

We came to celebrate a birthday. This condo exceeded expectations. Everything is new, it was clean and bigger than we thought it looked online. The adults in our group really liked the small firepit on the patio adn the kids loved the bunk beds. Looking forward to staying again.

Affordable and luxurious

This place was really, really lovely - we’ve stayed in our share of rentals and this one could top them all in terms of being exactly what we needed. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and quiet (aside from some construction outside, which I assume is temporary). The bedrooms were big and the linens were comfy, the bathrooms were beautiful and had big fluffy towels and some toiletries, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked and clean. It all looked brand new! I honestly can’t say enough good about it - we will definitely be back!

MTB and wake-surfing weekend

We stayed here over the summer to enjoy some wake-surfing on the Jordanelle Reservoir and mountain biking in Deer Valley. The condo was in a perfect location for both of these activities. It was right next to the marina and a 15 minute drive to Deer Valley. The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for making any home cooked meal (there is a crockpot). We had access to the garage where we kept our vehicle and bicycles. The WiFi worked and there were TV's in every room. We would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed condo

We enjoyed our stay - the condo was quiet and well appointed. We stayed a total of six nights, and we had what we needed for the stay (we bought some laundry detergent, but otherwise everything was provided). The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and food prep necessities. The beds are not the most comfortable. Not sure if mattresses just need to be replaced or aren't quality, but that was our biggest complaint. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. One thing to note if you're hauling a lot of gear - there are no luggage carts or anything of that nature. There is an elevator, but we had to make multiple trips with our suitcases and other items (we have a special needs daughter and travel with quite a bit of things for her needs and comfort). A wagon or cart or something to make it easier to transport would be awesome for the building to own. Just a recommendation! Otherwise, you'll be doing some schlepping.
