Inside, the home features brand-new fixtures, modern appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. Step outside and you’ll often spot deer, turkeys, and other local wildlife roaming the land.

The house is in a great spot—less than 3 miles from Highway 140, which takes you straight to the Arch Rock Entrance. Plus, the drive is beautiful, with gentle grades and lower elevation, perfect for a relaxed and scenic trip into the park.
