My favourite time of day is dusk, when Wellington comes alive with lights from buildings, planes, and ferries — it’s truly magical. This is my favourite spot in the world.

The internal lift and exclusive garage add luxury and convenience, while our discreet architect’s studio onsite keeps the home peaceful and private.
