This is a wonderful property. Lots of community space and also private bedrooms and bathrooms. The grill area with hot tub was lovely and the location was the best in Grand Lake. There were a couple of hiccups as the new property managers had just taken over. They were super responsive and attended to us immediately. Would 100% stay here again.

We're glad you enjoyed the home, especially the shared spaces and hot tub area. We appreciate your patience during the transition and are happy our team could assist quickly. We'd love to host you again in Grand Lake!
This is exactly what a VRBO rental should be! Priced fairly, tons of character to this cabin, good kitchen appliances, no surveillance and great space for a families to build memories in the mountains. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a positive VRBO experience. This is exactly what VRBO used to be and nice to see a few properties around like this. We will be back!!!
