Turn off the lights
Turn off thermostat on wall near hallway closet (press “power” button). Failure to do this will result in a potential $50 fee.
Make sure both televisions, stove/oven are off. Please leave the windows open if the space has cooking smells.
Leave blinds in open position (my plants thank you) and shower curtain is pulled across rod (to prevent mold).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes at the door. Floors are soft pine; if scratches or dents are left behind, guests will be asked to cover the cost of repair.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! This applies to cigarettes, any and all drugs and vaping. Violators will be asked to cover cost of professional deodorizing.
This is a quiet condo building. Please be respectful and refrain from excessive noise.

We always wanted to see the sights of Richmond, so for our break-out this spring we decided to visit. We wanted a central location so we could experience the city easily. This downtown condo with free secure indoor parking worked perfectly! It is a renovated department store building that is at the center of walkable entertainment and fine eating establishments; we enjoyed them each night. It was clean and modern, with the perfect room and atmosphere for two people, and a friendly Host that was always available with an answer to our questions. From this location we were able to walk to museums and the state capitol building, which is a “must see”. The treat for the weekend was the walk across the street to experience the Richmond Symphony Orchestra at the Carpenter Theater! But if you wanted to see a live play they also are performed there. The experience for our stay was very affordable. Will try to stay at this location again in future visits. Dave and Monica
