Nice, clean and efficient, we enjoyed the large living space of the den, kitchen, dining area although we didn’t cook any meals, everything you need in the kitchen was available. Plenty of towels and extra blankets for snuggling up to watch TV and play video games with the family. Stash of board games in the closet was a good touch. Nice to have a door that exits to the small fenced yard area. Appreciated the foldable luggage rack in the master bedroom. Would have been nice to have one in the other rooms as well.

This place was awesome! Highly recommend you book. The location was great. It was right in town close to all restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a wedding at Lake Cypress Springs and it was only a short 15 min drive there. The house was clean and well stocked. Fit family of 6 very comfortably.

The house was perfect and very well stocked-no fighting for towels or washcloths, all the kitchen items including baggies. The house was even decorated for Christmas. The most comfortable beds and couch. If I ever have a chance to be in Winnsboro again, I am definitely looking to stay here first. No regrets.

Mid-century charmer

This house was perfect for a family. All beds were comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Kitchen was large and easy to fix a meal in. I usually don’t like sectional couches but this one was very nice. Downtown Winnsboro is walking distance but if you stay in, you can enjoy the deck with a book and wine. Small fenced yard for your dog too! We go to Winnsboro often and will visit this property again.

A surprisingly nice stay for the eclipse!

The house was very nice, and matched the pictures well. It looked to have been remodeled recently. It had the largest island in the kitchen that I have ever seen! It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the towels were new and high quality, even the paper products were top spec. There’s a grocery store just a few miles away, and Winnsboro is a nice town to spend some time in.

The house was GREAT!! Very clean , convenient to everything !! The beds were VERY comfortable. The house is located on a very busy loud road; but will definitely stay again !!! Never had to call owner . We used the gas grill which worked perfect the fireplace was nice on one cold morning. A great time was had by all hated to leave !!!!

Great Rental!

Property was as described and worked wonderfully for my family. Everything needed was there and accessible. Hot water was not quite hot enough, but at sure that is for safety reasons. We did bring our two frenchies with us and if that is a need, the backyard was a pleasant surprise as it is fully fenced! That, on top of the overall home was a great added bonus. Owners or management made the process easy, direct and seamless.

The house itself is very cute. It’s in the remodeling process and the kitchen and living room are to die for. If some flaws are going to bother you this isn’t the house for you. (Some wallpaper coming off, scuffs on some doors.) none of that took away from the overall beauty of the home to me. What DID TAKE away from the home was the railroad tracks just up the road. (You can watch the train from the room with the twin beds) Working railroad tracks, with trains that come through in the middle of the night MORE THAN ONCE and blast their horns the whole time. So at midnight last night I was singing ‘midnight to Georgia’ I didn’t look at my watch the second time they came through my guess is 2-3ish. I wish I could pick this house up and move it, really love it’s layout and cozy feel.
