Located on a peaceful private road, this home boasts breathtaking views of the lake and is the ideal destination for a memorable friends & family vacation here at Lake of the Ozarks. This home is newly built for vacationing in brand new accommodations. Located on the 27 mile marker by water and Sunrise Beach by land. As you arrive at the home, gentle driveway and easy parking for 4 vehicles max. Stepping inside you'll find stunning views of the 27 mile marker as the home was built just up to the waters edge. Open kitchen, dining room and living space on the upper level. Full master bedroom suite, with king bed, large walk in tile shower, soaking tub, dual vanities and a large walk in closet. The upper level also hosts a second guest bedroom and full bath.
Stepping outside on the upper deck you have amazing views of the water, Margaritaville, sunrises, sunsets and moon rises!! The lower level also has a walk out patio and walks down to the private dock. You have access to use of the private dock during your stay.
As you head down to the lower level you'll find second level entertaining area, with wet bar, game table and a pull out queen sofa sleeper. Also located on the lower level is a second lakeside bedroom with queen bed. Located on the backside of the home is the fourth bedroom which is a bunk space ideal for kiddos hangout. The lower level also has two full bathrooms with walk in showers.
