Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please take out all Bath and Kitchen trash and recycling. The trash cans along the white garage in the parking lot. Brown is trash / Green is recycling.
Pet Owners you must leave no evidence of a pet inside or out. Please clean on and under furniture. We don’t charge a fee unless there is evidence of a pet.

We had such a great mid-week vacay here. It was located 20 minutes away from just about everything big in the area (Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kings Island). Great options for food and shopping as well. The property was BEAUTIFUL! Home to probably my favorite shower I’ve ever showered! The owner was also really friendly!!

The apartment was very clean and decorated so nice! It was spacious, well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The neighborhood was safe and easy to walk our dog around in. We had an issue with the keypad and getting in but Dawn was quick at responding and fixing the issue. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

This place was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, very comforting, well provisioned, and the shower!!! I wanted to take the shower home with me!! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and i was very comfortable walking my dog around at night. Monroe is great and, with short drives, quickly accessible to lots of other great attractions. If you stay here, give Cassanos a try! Dawn, the host, was fantastic and very responsive! I had an issue getting into the apartment (my error) - Dawn had us in within minutes and very kindly got me sorted
