A great Condo for a vacation at the Beach and entertainment in downtown St. Augustine! Just a block away is the beautiful St Augustine Beach and the pier. Great new restaurants, cafes, and shops walking distance from the Condo. 7min drive to Alligator Farm and 10min to Historic Downtown St Augustine.
Nice and relaxing spacious Condo which has a Master Bedroom and one Queen Bedroom and one bedroom with 2 twins. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay, with a full laundry room too! Relax on the screened in lanai that overlooks the pond and pool area. Complex offers work out area and community pool.
One dedicated parking space and visitor parking passes.

We loved this place! The apartment was clean, very comfortable and located in a great spot. Walking distance to many restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The host was very attentive and gave clear instructions on the check in and out processes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The unit was well maintained and very nice furnishing with lots of little perks for beach pool and rainy days. My only complaint was check in time had been moved up from 3pm to 4pm and when you have to be at a wedding before 6pm don't plan on seeing bride walk down the the aisle. I would definitely book the unit agin but not when I had important plans the same day as check-in.
