For insurance, licensing, and housekeeping reasons our Condo is for registered guests ONLY. MAX 2 registered guests ONLY.
Indoor furniture, pillows/throw pillows, towels (other than beach towels), should stay inside for inside use, only.
****Please keep door shut to the condo. If there are more than 2 registered guests in the condo - you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Host/Jamie was awesome to work with! She was very informative and responsive. The whole process was a breeze including check in and out. Her place is fantastic .. well decorated, centrally located and every little detail has been thought about to make your stay comfortable and easy .. beach chairs, floats, beach towels, cooler, hats, sunscreen/bug spray, even a new toothbrush, if you forgot yours!

I had an amazing time in exuma. Out host was so accommodating and if we needed anything she responded back immediately. Because of the hurricane they were also patient and understanding with all are needs. They deserve a 10 out of 5. Are vrbo was very clean and had everything we needed.

First off Jamie was very easy to communicate with & quick to reply. From the moment we opened the door of the condo it felt very comfortable. Everything was in good order & was well equipped in the kitchen including dish soap, hand soap. She even had shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Having a washer & dryer was a bonus. The view sitting on the deck was spectacular! We will be back! Thankyou Jamie

I can’t say enough good things about this condo and the host. It was the perfect stay! It had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. And the location was amazing. It was central to all the things we did and many restaurants. The host was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to answer ALL my questions, which were many. She was so helpful and provided ideas for us to do on one of the days we had some challenging winds. It was a perfect stay.
