Welcome to Black Bear Haven, our family’s personal vacation home nestled in the peaceful Thunder Mountain community. This is not a big-time investor property; it’s our cherished getaway that we’re excited to share with other families looking to experience the Smoky Mountains!
The cabin features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Enjoy a perfect mix of comfort and fun with a 12-foot outdoor SLIDE for the kids, indoor heated pool, private hot tub, and a game room stocked with a custom pool table, arcade game, board games, puzzles, and books.
Cozy up by the indoor or outdoor gas fireplaces (available Oct 1st - May 1st), take in the mountain views from the large back porch, or cook a favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. With smart TVs throughout, private driveway parking, and an easy, safe drive (no insane steep mountain roads!), Black Bear Haven is the ideal home base for your next Smoky Mountain adventure.
Please note:
*The pool water is kept at 78 - 82 degrees Fahrenheit. We cannot increase the water temperature above 82 degrees because it will cause excessive moisture and humidity in the room resulting in mold and mildew problems.
*Due to Insurance regulations and safety precautions, the MAXIMUM amount of people allowed to sleep in our cabin is 10.
