Walkable to restaurants, coffee, shopping, parks and more! The bedrooms feature a queen bed, twin bed, child bed, and full bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like a large yard, bikes, ample dedicated off-street parking, a sunny living room, brand new kitchen and huge TV room/den with games, surround-sound TV and every amenity you could need for a lovely stay. We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything was clean and well thought out, and the location was excellent. Communication with the host was seamless. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We came to stay to meet our baby niece, and we had such an incredible experience! The place was so well decorated it felt like a cute little vintage cottage, but also so so clean unlike other vintage-feeling houses I’ve stayed in. It was cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything someone might need down to every detail. The host was super attentive and answered any questions we had. It is walkable to tons of cute things including the river, we took bird scooters to a restaurant down by the river, it was so pretty! The neighborhood itself is so darling complete with gorgeous tree lined streets. We had an incredible time at this charming cottage and would definitely book again next time!

This is our third property in the treasure Valley, we started with a tiny home in Meridian to use when we visited our kiddos in town. Then we added an Eagle Townhome and this is our newest, absolute favorite location, right in the center of Boise!

We love that it is in the center of it all yet still quiet in a beautiful neighborhood! It’s very walkable to all sorts of different activities and the neighbors are just as nice and fun as can be!

We’ve done everything we can to preserve the personality of this 1940 cottage while updating it so that it’s comfortable and has an easy flow. It’s filled with beautiful furnishings that have been collected one by one to match the age and personality of the home.
