This was a quick trip for our family, but these cabins truly made us feel like we had found a little home away from home. We loved everything about our stay and honestly, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the property. There was something so special about having everyone together in such a peaceful, cozy place. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and watching hummingbirds fly all around us. The boys loved walking down to the pond to fish and caught several fish, including a few bass. We also loved exploring the property and going on hikes together. The kids especially loved the teepee and huge fire pit.The owner was so welcoming and thoughtful. He stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and then surprised my husband and the kids by offering them a ride around the property in an off-road vehicle. It was such a fun, unexpected experience! The cabins were incredibly well stocked with extra bedding, chairs, games, toiletries, coffee and even emergency supplies. Some rentals can feel empty or impersonal, but these cabins felt warm, comfortable and cozy from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect. We felt away from the noise while still being close enough to town if we needed anything. We truly didn’t want to leave.Thank you for creating a place where a large family can slow down, reconnect, laugh and make memories together. We are so grateful we found this little getaway and only wish we could have stayed longer!
