Phoenix VII Two Bedroom Condo ~ GULF FRONT

This nicely decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo is newly updated. Your large living area has plenty of seating, and there is a large flat screen television, a combination DVD/VCR player and a stereo system for your use. Electric fire place for cooler months. A new premium memory foam/gel mattress renders the sleeper sofa comfortable for sitting and sleeping. The fully equipped double oven kitchen contains all of the amenities you need for cooking meals. The third countertop oven includes rotisserie and a second convection option. Two seats are at the breakfast bar, plus six chairs at the dining room table. Enjoy outdoor dining and beautiful scenery with a table and five chairs on the balcony. Companion chairs with ottomans complete the outdoor furnishings. Your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, another flat screen television on the wall, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with an extended vanity and a combination bathtub and shower. In the guest bedroom are two full-size beds and third flat screen television, and the bathroom has user friendy access for mobility. A lighted laundry cabinet and pull down ironing board for long stays. Stacked washer and dryer complete the conveniences.


On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great condo

We spent 5 days and couldn't be happier with the property and condo. Would definitely stay again. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Beach and pool were fantastic.

A lovely place to stay

This property offered all I expected from a condo with a beach front view. It was well stocked with all the basic items one would need. The beds were very comfortable . The condo building itself was very quiet. It had all amenities we needed. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Inside the condo was not clean. The property was not clean. The coffee pot was broken when we got there and did not receive a replacement until the night before we left. The staff was very pleasant and nice at the desk.

Beach Trip

The condo view and general setup were great. There were a lot of fake plants in the unit that were very dusty… and old— I have allergies so that wasn’t great. The fridge was pulled way out from the wall in the kitchen—when I pushed it back, there was dirt, debris, and broken glass under it. I had to clean that up. There were lots of weird/kitschy decor items that were just dust catchers. The TVs were great, furniture was comfortable. Good complex.

A couple of surprises.

The door was open when we got to the room and 1 bed was messed up. Called front desk and was told it was probably h/k, not sure why h/k would mess up the bed. Lots of people did not follow elevator or mask rules. Some of these individuals were workers at the property. No one enforced the rules so people didnt care. The property was nice and our stay was fine. Just wish people would follow the rules

Girls First Beach Getaway

This was my first trip to Orange Beach, as was for both of my daughters. We loved the condo. So clean, so comfortable. Had all of the amenities of home. We loved the balcony. Our view was amazing. Our timing for our stay was perfect. Right before Memorial Day and the summer crowds begin. The weather was gorgeour, and we loved that we could rent umbrellas and chairs. Our whole experience was great. Will definitely be back next year, but with the whole family.

Great place in superb location to everything!!

I have stayed in this condo several times and it is by far my most favorite of all places I have rented in this area. My job took me to this Orange Beach for work and I always stayed here instead of a stuffy hotel. I am a designer so decor is important. It is beautifully decorated and always clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and utensils. I felt I was at home in my own kitchen. The views are spectacular. Jackie, the owner was always helpful in answering any questions I had and making sure my visit was great. It is very convenient to stores and great restaurants, both for driving or walking. I would recommend this place to everyone. Enjoy your visit.
