NEW! Cattail Cove: Waterfront Retreat w/Guest House, Hot Tub, Pool,Fire Pit,Dock

Welcome to Cattail Cove, the perfect riverside escape! We want you to enjoy our gorgeous waterfront oasis where you have access to our private waterfront dock, the outdoor heated saltwater pool, hot tub, newly installed fire pit area, and recently renovated main home and guest house.

We have two houses on the property. The main house features 4 large bedrooms (King, King, Queen + crib, 4 Fulls) and has two full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. The guest house adds another full bath and an oversized bedroom with 2 Queens and a bonus loft with 2 Twin beds. There is a full kitchen in the main house and the guest house. We have recently completed renovations to both homes updating the bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces.

This rental includes both houses.

We are located on the river with our own private pier and dock. We have a private launch area for the included kayak, canoe and paddleboard- feel free to bring your own as well! Our location provides the perfect respite to spend time with family and friends while still only being 20 minutes from downtown Cambridge's restaurants, boutique shops, and the RAR brewery.

The heated saltwater pool is open from May 1-October 15. Pool temps range in the 70-80s, however if you would like the pool heated to 85 there is an additional charge of $50 per day for propane consumption. The hot tub is open all year! We recently installed a blue stone fire pit area next to the outdoor seating where you can see the river and also watch the kids play in the large outdoor field space!

We have included games, puzzles, books and toys in the living room area.

Our property is spacious and very comfortably sleeps 13 guests; however, we cannot allow more than 13 guests as we are on a septic system.
