Tenant must clearout and clean refrigerator before leaving. All trash needs emptied and placed in barrels beside garage. Monday morning curb pick up

We could not nUse the patio. Dirty and very close to the neighbors ; they were kind .The kitchen was dark and had very little places to have food.We only used one bedroom. That was clean and nice closets. The bathroom was very clean and a little in area. .

Thanks for your honest assessment! You mention the 2 items I intend to address in the coming year. Patio & kitchen. Both need upgraded, but they are fully functional. Thank you for leaving our property clean & in order. Hope you can return next year to see the progress!!
