The property is exactly how it's described, cute and comfortable. Its historic charm near the Court House square and Whisky Rd. is an excellent option to the downtown hotels.

Home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Close to town. Very convenient. Only negative was the adjacent renter had dogs and had the patio area fenced off for the dog, so we had little access to the bbq or patio without encountering barking dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a family of 3 and appreciated that the house was pet-friendly, so we could bring our two furbabies along too. The house was full of charm, and we loved how its history came through in the decor. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We walked everywhere, with great restaurants nearby and the town center only about a 5-minute walk away.

Great place that is within walking distance of downtown. We didn't use any of the kitchen or laundry amenities at this place, but we appreciate that they are available. The rooms were a bit cold, but they had a plug in heater to help a bit. We would stay here again next time we are in the area!

Home was very clean and pretty close to the town square. The patio is shared and the other home had some dogs but gated so we didn't really have access to the patio area which was a bummer.. I did text, call and message on the app when we arrived early into town to see if an early checkin was possible and it was several hours before I heard back...it would have been nice to have heard back a little sooner so we could have planned our day a little better. They did let us check in a little early which was very much appreciated. The mattress in the room with the two twins felt like it was a box springs mattress.. not comfy at all. Overall the place was cute and clean and close to the square.

Unfortunately, the temperature was incredibly uncomfortable. There were no clear instructions on how to operate the thermostats, you can’t reach the ceiling fans, and on our last morning we found 2 fobs that said “remote” on it, apparently those function the high fans. We didn’t sleep much of the two nights due to uncomfortable warmth. In the morning it was freezing, the heater didn’t work. We reached out to the host, no response. The place was small, but cute. There just needs to be clear information on how to operate the things in the house that is out of reach.

Overall a nice place - spacious and very clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Can walk to downtown. The motion sensor lights outside were annoying and kept us up the first night by constantly going on and off. We had to cover them up and turn them off in order to sleep the next nights. The second bedroom has glass doors, meaning there is no privacy. We had to keep the doors partially open and hang blankets over the glass for some semblance of privacy. The couch had a cold breeze blowing down on it making it uncomfortable to sit there. However, these issues are easily resolvable, so it's worth it to give this place a chance if changes are made.

I can’t really find any faults with the rental worth mentioning. It is an historic house that has been completely remodeled and updated. The host was great. The location is great. Bed was comfortable.
