This was our second time staying at the “red house” as my granddaughter calls it. We love the cute fenced in back yard, the pet friendly home, and the walk ability to many places. Great home at a very affordable price!

Property was perfect for a short trip to see family. Neighborhood was very quiet. The only con was there was not a TV in any of the bedrooms. I would not say this is negative, just not what we are used to. Overall would love to stay again!

The house was perfect for us, and we especially liked the fenced in back yard. It was very comfy and felt like home. It’s walkable to a lot of spots too. We’ll definitely come back!

This house was perfect for us and our dog. We really appreciated having the fenced backyard.The house was immaculate. We felt very at home. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.Although it was just the two of us, there is plenty of room for more guests.

We stayed for 2 weeks to visit family so we eat in and host a lot. Deb was very promt and accomodating with kitchen supplies. This is perfect if you need several bdrms with baths, however the dining area is small with just barstools. The neighborhood is very friendly. We took many walks with our pup and enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and a quick meal. The back yard had minimal care and was not people friendly. It was also very hot with no sun cover. We loved that we could walk to Food Lion in 5 min. And quaint and cute Davidson is 10 min.away. Davidson College and Cornelius have some amazing walking trails too. We enjoyed great restaurants within 15 min. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Nice two night stay close to Davidson College campus( 5-10 minutes). Loved the rock n roll decor and the fenced in back yard for my dog. Very clean and spacious. All the bathrooms in the house were a bonus. Walking distance to grocery store (Food Lion)and Italian restaurant Maola’s, which was very good with large portions. With football season around the corner, plan to stay here again!
