Historic Chautauqua Heights Manor offers a variety of luxury accommodations and sits on a private 15-acre estate located in the heart of CHQ County in Western NY, just minutes from the CHQ Lake & CHQ Institution. Whether you are looking to enjoy quiet solitude of an upscale lake retreat with friends or family, host an elegant wedding or shower, or plan a corporate retreat, The Manor is designed for year round enjoyment. This delightful property offers plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind with 11 formal bedrooms, 9 bathrooms with two beds and one bath tucked away in our cellar apartment that is a great In-law suite. There are 4 kitchens, 3 large dining rooms, many living rooms, two porches, expansive lawns, a fire pit, and an in-ground pool behind our English garden hedges (seasonly June-Oct). Enjoy the convenience of upscale decor, luxury linens, designer touches, WiFi, hair dryers, and other essential amenities during your stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our estate.

We hosted a large family gathering--24 people aged 9 to 90. House and grounds were ideal for our event--plenty of room in the great room for everyone to gather, but lots of cozy spaces for smaller groups or individuals. House and property are well equipped and everything was very comfortable and clean. Outdoor spaces -- porches, pool, and grounds -- are ideal for outdoor gathering and enjoyment. Can't say enough about the view from the back porch, with the lake view and amazing sunsets every night. We took took full advantage of the expansive lawn for badminton, croquet, and other reindeer games. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Our family agreed this was a wonderful spot that we would be glad to rent again.

My family and I currently reside in Southern California. We have been spending our summers in Chautauqua County for the last 20 plus years, as my husband is originally from the area. It was love at first sight! CHQ Heights Manor felt like home and the perfect opportunity for our family to have roots in the area. We want to continue the tradition of sharing this home with other families as the previous owners established.

The Manor is a unique and unforgettable property with a long history and a fantastic story. The previous owners restored her with so much love and devotion to the details. The fact that the house overlooks CHQ Lake and Institution was a bonus!

What makes this property unique

Privacy, exclusiveness, being able to accommodate larger groups for accommodations and have gatherings such as weddings and retreats. The views of the lake are insane. Lots to do near by.
