-Leave towels on the floor or the bathtub in the washroom. -Unplug small appliances (water kettle, rice cooker) if used, and turn everything off as you would at your home.
-If you have used the Sofa Bed; do not try to put the mattress top back into the vacuum storage bag. The host will do this. - Please notify the Host when you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- The owner stores some items in the suite; Please do not use anything tagged: OWNER'S USE ONLY or NOT for PUBLIC USE. Thank you.
-Towels are not to be taken off the property [eg. the beach]
NO bicycles in the unit. They can be locked up under the back deck. This is at your own risk, the owner assumes no responsibility for theft or damage.

Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home staying at this property. Check-in went smoothly, and Mayra offered to make up the extra bed for us since we would be arriving late, which was very much appreciated. It was the perfect set up for our short stay in North Vancouver!

Lovely stay in a beautiful area

Very clean suite with anything you'd need. They even have a projector screen TV. Owners were lovely and very responsive. They even made is blueberry and chocolate bread. We’ll absolutely be staying again.

The host was very quick to respond on all contacts. The suite was very clean and quiet. A few steep stairs to enter if you have mobility issues . Close to hiking trails and bike routes. Parking is a bit tight on the street, but not a busy road so its ok . I recomend this suite to anyone .

The property was as advertised. It had everything we needed including quality mountain bikes. The property is close to an amazing trail system and is only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants and groceries are all close by. We visited Squamish and Shannon falls, again this place is close to everything!The hosts were very responsive and answered our numerous questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful location, a short easy walk from several popular trails and 15-20 min walk from village centre. Very welcoming space. Super clean, good instructions and easy to find. Host was helpful and quick to answer messages. Only two nitpicks are: we had some difficulty parking since the road is already packed with cars and also would have liked some more smaller lamps in the main room (bedside lamps or similar) since the ceiling lights are incredibly bright and the windows don't let in much light this time of year.

The location was perfect for all the outdoor activities we wanted to experience in North Vancouver. You can easily walk to Lynn Canyon. Mayra and Randy we’re wonderful hosts and allowed us to store our bikes on a rack, charge our EV car, and welcomed us with a yummy fruit bread. The bedroom was nice and dark for a great sleep. Beautiful garden with fountain.

Parking on the street is inconvenient as owners routinely had 2-3 cars in the driveway. While a guest can park on the driveway, that vehicle would have to be moved to the street to allow owners vehicles out of the driveway.

PRO: Quiet suburb close to nature / hikes/ tourist attractions.Good size. CON: Cluter. Could be cleaner. Used as spare storage space by owners. (empty boxes pilled up in kitchen and on top of dresser.). Eclectic taste. No designated parking.

The place was a basement condo located in North Vancouver that was well maintained and super adorable, with backyard access for the dogs. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf cake that paired well with our morning coffee. After tent camping for 6 nights being able to stay here was a pleasure. The bed was soft and the projector for watching TV was a nice treat. The suite is in a good central location where you can drive to shops or head a bit more north to Lynn Regional Park for hiking trails. Mayra and Randy are very sweet individuals and we had a wonderful chat with Mayra on our way out. Check in and check out process was easy!Thank you to our hosts for having us and we would love to be able to stay again if we make our way back to North Vancouver!Xoxo, Jazz, Jon, Archer & Ronan

Our family really enjoyed watching a movie with the projector! The garden was quaint. It was a sweet surprise to find a homemade loaf of brioche bread as a welcome gift too! Overall it was a comfortable stay. I did not live that the treadmill took up so much space in the living room and It was not for guest use. Also note that there is no laundry.

Excellent location, good basement stay

The hosts were excellent. The location was great for proximity to East Vancouver and the North Shore. My parents enjoyed their stay. However to take their visit to 5 stars it would have been nice to have the dishwasher empty, and overall less cluttered space. The owners use a lot of the kitchen for storage of their things that say “not for guest use.” Also, the workout equipment in boxes and against the walls of the basement made the stay less professional. A highlight was the welcome chocolate banana bread and a very comfy bed.

Super gelegene Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstrasse. Kurze Wege zu sehr schönen Wanderwegen im Lynn Valey. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Liebevoller ruhiger angelegter Garten. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Besitzer. Haben uns mit unserer Familie mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gerne zurück kommen.
