Great place

This was truly an outstanding place to stay. Very clean and highly recommended. We brought our youngest daughter and their two children which one has a disability. We all loved the location for access to theme parks and the place was like being at home but on vacation Thank you for making our vacation experience wonderful

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

We had pretty much everything we needed for our trip. The home was well set up, and had a nice view of the pond. The heated pool was great. The home is set in a small community outside the city. It was just a short trip to parks. Theres a walmart close by. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay, and we would definitely rent this home again!

The home is beautiful and equipped with the luxury of a pool and fishing lake right out the back yard! It also isn’t to far from activities like the beach and Disney World. The property manager was amazing. I’d definitely stay again.

Great location

Comfortable vacation home in a great location! My son in law caught the biggest Bass of his life in the pond. We would come again! Location far enough from the hub bun but close enough for groceries etc!

Clean and close to the parks

The house was very clean and nice and convenient to all the Disney parks. The pool table was ok for kids to play with but way to slanted for a real game. Overall a very nice house, the kids loved it.

Great place!!!

We had a great time. Had some minor things like the TV remotes not functioning properly, fishing poles kept breaking so we bought a new one and left it for the next people, landscapers came and the pool was very dirty after the mow/ weedwhacking, etc. but can’t complain about it!!! It was very nice and accommodated our group well.

Very nice property

We had a group of 8 and stayed for 6 nights. Great property, has been taken care of. Close to just about everything. The owner was very responsive to questions. They also let us check in a few hours early. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Would stay again

The house is large and very pretty. We all enjoyed the patio and the views and wildlife. We saw deer and many many birds. The house did have some maintenance issues, but the owner was very quick to respond and took care of the problem in just a few hours. We had a lovely time and would be happy to stay here again.

Little brother’s first Disney trip

It was an awesome experience. The location was amazing. The layout of the house would’ve been perfect for my original group but still wasn’t too big for 3. I will be booking again. I’m in love.

great house on waterfront

the four of us had a great holiday. house was very clean. had some problems with the pool but was quickly resolved by the owner. my husband likes fishing and really enjoyed the lake that is the view of the house.

Vacation 2023

We really only slept at the house. We went on a cruise first and to the parks daily so we never got to enjoy the pool. The house was very nice and accommodated our whole family. It served our needs. Everything you need is close by. I would recommend this house if you like lots of space and quiet which we loved.

Loved it!

Absolutely loved the house. It was everything I was hoping for. The pool was amazing. The only tiny issue, we were not able to play on the pool table because it was so uneven the balls wouldn't stay still. We would set the balls down and they would roll. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this house.

Check in was easy house was clean and owner was quick to respond! The only suggestion I would have is to get cable tv! And some of light switches didn’t seem to work! Everything else was great!

Perfect Property - close to it all

The house had everything that we needed a more, The house was very clean, roomy, cool despite the hot weather, and cozy. We enjoyed the pool, it was nice and clean. We enjoyed the wild life (ducks, turtles, and frogs). Our only negative was we wanted to use the grill but whomever stood there before left it a complete mess so we didn’t use it, we used the kitchen stove to grill our burgers and dogs. Thank you Hana for a wonderful property. Hana was very attentive and quick whenever I asked a question.

Needs a lot of repairs

The house needed lots of repairs, the owner needs to repair, sliding glass door to pool. It does slide, the screens in the pool area are ripped so the bugs came in. There were cockroaches in the spare bathroom. The dryer squeals and half the fans in the house won't work or make noise all night long. I would not recommend this property, and was very unhappy with the stay.

Everything and More

Wish we could give more than 5 stars. The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors are very nice. One neighbor even brought us sweets to welcome us. We loved sitting, watching and feeding the ducks in the pond. Our kids loved swimming in the pool, fishing on the lake, playing a game of darts, foosball or even pool in the gameroom. Our youngest son practically lived in the pool while we were there. It was so nice to just hang out as a family and play games and relax. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered any questions we had, even before we got there. We loved the fact that we could bring our dog. He is a bigger dog and usually owners don't allow dogs like him. Our kids went trick or treating in the neighborhood and got tons of candy. On our next vacation we would definitely rent this house again. And we would absolutely recommend the house to anyone.

Just okay

We had an okay stay but it was advertised incorrectly. It stated there was a gym which there is no gym whatsoever. You can go pay to get into a gym nearby. Some of our sheets had stains but luckily there were others to change our bed with. The pool was very nice but the pool area had damage to some of the screens so there were a lot of bugs. This could’ve been from the recent hurricane so that was somewhat understandable. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable and you sunk into a hole then it was hard to move around. The queen size bed was very hard. It felt like you were laying on concrete. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work and the air conditioner was controlled by the owner. After requesting for him to let us make it colder, he did lower it to 70 degrees. The sliding glass door was broken and hard to open and close. The game room was very dated with an old pool table and foosball table. The crib was a pack and play which was fine. There was also a high chair which came in handy. The neighborhood was decent.

Spring break

House was in a nice neighborhood semi close to parks. Traffic in the morning is a nightmare so plan on leaving early. The covered pool is a wonderful addition and the home has lots of space for the entire family!! The house itself could use updates, especially the mattress in the master bedroom! It was, quite literally, like laying on a sack of springs and one side droops significantly more than the other. Kitchen knives need replacing/sharpening. The garage converted into a game room is a great idea in concept but is unbearably hot and not usable. The bathrooms need window coverings, you can see into the showers from outside. We used extra blankets supplied in the closets, but not having to worry about that would have been nice. The house was cleaned well before our arrival and outside of property appears to be well mantained. Fishing pond is also a huge plus!! Owner promptly responded to issue with pool and it was corrected in less than 24 hours. Overall communication with hosts from booking to exit was superb and appreciated.

The property and location was fine with a few exceptions.

The property and location was fine with a few exceptions. We had an issue with signs on the walls, cameras watching the pool. There were all women there and they felt very uncomfortable feeling they are being watched in the pool. There is a smell in the house that needs to be addressed. We all had to rewash our clothing once we left because of the lingering smell. The bed in the master bedroom is needing something done to it, it creaks when you get in the bed and when you turn over. It was a little disappointing that we could not watch local television. Oh, and the kicker was having to wash the linens and towels before leaving. I have rented several homes and this was the first time I've experience this. If we are paying a cleaning fee that should be included and you should provide the laundry detergent and fabric softener. The communication could be a little better. Please revise the info in your book about the wifi. It was also obvious that you were controlling the thermostat. During the day is was very uncomfortable. Furniture in the living area is very worn and needs to be repaired. Also, Please do not be offended. Please improve our concerns. We do a girls trip every year and would like to find a yearly permanent location.

Not worth the money!!!!

To be honest out of all the years we’ve gone to Florida this was our least favorite home! I’ve gotten double story homes with 6 bedrooms cheaper than what we paid in June! If your going to have a camera on the back porch at least put it in the description of home so people know not to rent from you cause thats invading privacy def not for “safety” reasons, I have five daughters and nobody wants to feel like their being watched by some creeps! So after spending 200 on pool heat it was a waste cause the pool was barely used! When you walk into the home it has a odd smell, ok whatever we bought candles. The home says it accommodates 12 but you don’t even have enough silverware or bowls to accommodate 6-9 people so we had to run out and supply ourselves with things that are usually in a home. The towels are more like rags or ones you’d throw out. Under the master bed was nothing but a layer of dust, the mattresses are HORRIBLE most nights we ended up on the couch we really questioned if the bedding was even washed prior to arrival. The dryer takes about three runs to dry one load, the fridge we turned down but everything was still warm. We couldn’t even control the thermostat in the home. The game room in garage is useless. No telephone or live cable tv, and most of the TVs you do have are smaller than our computer monitors. I’d have to say with the money you make you should really invest into the home a little…… Sorry not sorry!

We chose this home because of the location and the ammenities but were in for a surprise.

The listing doesn't explain that it takes all day for the pool to heat up so when we learned this we attempted to turn on the heater but were unable to get the heater to work. We messaged the owner and they messaged back and attempted to explain how to turn on the heater but it never came on. Then they gold us the Property Mamager wasnt available. Furthermore the pool requires a cover so you wont lose the heat, but there was no cover provided. Then the pool had not been cleaned since I don't know when, there were all kinds of insects in it and a nasty film sitting on top of the water. The pool water stayed cold and dirty our entire stay. We never got an opportunity to use it and were forced to spend money to use a water park. Let's talk about the "do not touch" signs all over the house. We felt like little kids being told not to touch anything. They also want you to refill the propane tank, wash the linen, jump through a fire hoop, feed their pets (I'm exaggerating, but you get it). Then there is a Ring camera in the pool area, which we found very creepy. Why would someone want to watch you while in your swimsuits? Omgosh, I cannot forget how uncomfortable the the beds are. The master bed and the queen bed both felt like box springs and made noises when we even sat on them. We didnt come on vacation to sleep but we didnt want headaches and back aches either. This owner has some serious work to do to this home in order to be welcoming to their guests. I want to feel like my money was well spent.

Great home but didn’t like the smell

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house! Loved that it was one floor and the pool with the lights was awesome, not to the mention the beautiful view from the pool! The drive to the parks was fairly quick and the neighborhood was quite nice and quiet. Owners were very quick to respond and solve issues before we even could get the chance. There was an issue with the WiFi being slow the day before we arrived and before I could even message anyone, the owners contacted me to ask me how it was working and to notify me that the internet company would be coming the following day to resolve this. I don’t have many negative comments except that there isn’t any cable or a landline. Netflix was great though. No landline made it harder reach family members at home. Was hard to find payphones every time we were out. In the book of instructions for the house, it mentioned a landline and cable too but there isn’t actually either of those which was disappointing. So maybe just update the book for future guests. The only other thing I disliked was the smell in some areas of the house. It was a musty, stale smell. It’s seems to be stronger in certain areas of the house or maybe I just got used to it but right when you walk in the hallway and the Moana bedroom, I could distinguish it more. Unfortunately it left a lot of clothes, including new clothes I bought in Florida, having this smell on them. I’m hoping after a wash or two, it’ll be completely gone. My clothes that sat hanging in the master closet for the week of my stay have this smell covered in all of them. Kind of a super pain but again, I’m just hoping it’ll go away after a few washes! Not sure if it’s mildew or mould or what but there is a stench that has followed me home. Would just suggest looking into that more. Other then that, we really enjoyed our stay here and thank you for accommodating my family and even my dog! :)
